How to Set Up Your Modem/Router

Hello Broadband supplies a Netcomm NF10WV preconfigured.

Once you receive the ce, it is as simple as plug and play!

If you would like to configure your own ce, you will need to hook it up and then configure the ce with the username and password supplied by Hello Broadband.

Additional Requirements if ordering a Hello Broadband Voice Service

Your BYO ce must support VoIP connections and have an in-built ATA (analogue telephone adaptor). The ATA allows you to plug your existing analogue telephone into the ce to make phone calls over your NBN connection. If your ce does not have this, you will be unable to make phone calls.

It is our recommendation that you use a Hello Broadband supplied router with your service, as we ship these to you pre-configured with our settings, so we are always able to provide you with support if something does go wrong.

If you supply your own ce and require support, we will always try to assist as much as we can, however due to the number of different makes and models available, we can’t always guarantee we will be able to help.
